ABOUT

Built by a Daechi instructor.

Justin spent years teaching English in Daechi academies — the most competitive test prep district in Korea, where parents pay top dollar and students fight for every percentile point. The same pattern, every semester: students would memorize 50 words for Friday's quiz and forget 80% by Wednesday.

Butomi is the system he wished he had on day one. Spaced repetition tuned to the exact moments the brain is about to forget. SAT-style practice on the same word pools you're learning. An essay coach that points out which "bad" should be "detrimental" before you submit.

Built with Daechi academies, for serious students.

A note on private instruction

A small number of students work with Justin directly each season. SAT prep calibrated daily to where you actually miss. Essays revised line by line, never templated. Past students typically gain 200+ SAT points in three months.

Inquiries open monthly. Cohorts are small.
