Q. What if my child doesn't study?
The deposit sits with us untouched. You can request a refund at any time.

Q. How much does my child have to study each day to earn?
At least 10 minutes of meaningful study earns ₩10,000 that day. Seven consecutive study days adds a ₩2,000 streak bonus.

Q. Do I get a receipt?
You get an email receipt the moment we confirm the deposit. Hagwon tax-deduction paperwork is handled separately on request.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer to Hana Bank. KakaoPay / Naver Pay / Toss P2P transfers to the same account also work.

Q. Can I get a refund?
